BASKETBALL CAMP

Dear Parents,
Thank you for registering your son in the Pivot Basketball Camp @ Mount St Mary’s. In conjunction with The Mount, we are very excited about this camp and can’t wait to get the fun and games started!
We wanted to make sure you had all necessary information prior to the first week of camp.

June 16th: Check In: 1:00pm – 1:30pm | PNC Sports Complex – Knott Arena
(Please eat lunch before arriving | First camp meal will be dinner)
**Campers arriving late on Sunday is completely OK** Just communicate with Chris Whelan
June 19th: Award Ceremony 12:30pm | PNC Sports Complex – Knott Arena
Roommates: We are going to do our best to accommodate all requests (PLEASE ONLY 1 ROOMMATE). If you have questions or need to add a roommate, please email us.
Medication: We will have Athletic Trainers working 24 hours per day. They will be at registration and will be able to answer any questions you may have. If you have medication, it will be checked in at this time.

Camper Health History – Everyone will turn this form in at Check In.
Medication Administration Authorization Form (If this applies to your child, this needs to be turned in at Check In)
Asthma Action Plan and Medication Administration Authorization (If this applies to your child, this needs to be turned in at Check In)
Basketball Shoes
Plenty of t-shirts, shorts, and socks
A light jacket or sweatshirt is advisable
Comfort Shoes (flip flops/sandals/etc)
Bath Towels
Toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.)
Sunscreen
Water Bottle
Sheets for a single bed (XL Twin)
A pillow
Blanket
Snacks and beverages (Rooms do NOT have a refrigerator)
A fan is not needed since every room has air-conditioning
CAMP SNACK BAR: Although three balanced meals with unlimited seconds are provided daily, you may want to bring spending money for evening pizza and snack bar. There will be a camp bank at check in where you can deposit funds (Vemno only).
The average spend last summer per camper was $35.00
Any balance under $10 will not be returned.
Campers will be issued a key for their room at registration. Campers are responsible for turning their keys back in to their coach on the last day of camp. Lost keys will cost $75
The camp is not responsible for your personal items. Please do not bring valuables to camp.
