Dear Parents,
Thank you for registering your son for Pivot Basketball Camp @ Mount St. Mary’s! In conjunction with The Mount, we are very excited about this year’s camp and can’t wait to get started.
We want to make sure you have all the necessary details prior to camp:

CAMP DATES & CHECK-IN
June 15th:
Check-In: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM | PNC Sports Complex – Knott Arena
Please eat lunch prior to arrival. The first camp meal will be dinner.
Late arrivals are absolutely fine — just communicate with Chris @ info@pivotbasketballcamp.com
June 18th:
Awards Ceremony: 12:30 PM | PNC Sports Complex – Knott Arena
ROOMMATES
We will do our best to honor all roommate requests (limit one roommate request per camper). If you need to add or update a request, please email us.
MEDICATION
Athletic Trainers will be on-site 24/7. They will be available at check-in to collect medications and answer any questions.
Medications will be checked in at registration.
CAMP FORMS
Please bring the following to check-in:
Camper Health History Form (required for all campers)
Medication Administration Authorization Form (if applicable)
Asthma Action Plan & Medication Authorization (if applicable)
WHAT TO BRING
Basketball shoes
Plenty of t-shirts, shorts, and socks
Light jacket or sweatshirt
Comfort shoes (flip-flops/sandals)
Bath towels
Toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.)
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Sheets for XL twin bed
Pillow & blanket
Snacks & beverages (no refrigerators in rooms)
A fan is NOT needed – all rooms are air-conditioned.
CAMP SNACK BAR
Three meals (with unlimited seconds) are provided daily. Campers may also bring spending money for pizza and snack bar purchases in the evening.
Camp Bank deposits can be made via Venmo only (@pivotbasketballcamp)
Average camper spend last summer: $35
Balances under $10 will not be refunded.
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
Campers will receive a room key at check-in; lost keys are subject to a $75 replacement fee.
Please do not bring valuables. The camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
